- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was going thru the drive thru today trying to deposit a ComCheck and the teller at the window refused to make my deposit. I explained to her that I couldn't go inside since I have a newborn baby in the car with me, and it was raining hard at the time. I've always made a deposit thru the drive-thru system, and today the Teller refused to help me. I explained to her my situation and had her ask the manager and both denied my transaction. Why have a drive-thru, if you're going to refuse to assist a customer. Very inconvenient, bad customer service and overall a horrible experience. I will close my account due to this issue at this location. I will write a letter to Corporate and report this issue to BBB.By Emily karina, November 14, 2016
